Starting things off with a bang is a Rob Howden interview with Jace between races (Interview concludes at 4:55).
Mid-Ohio is another wonderful natural road course in America's heartland. A real "drivers track" although passing is quite difficult here.
Coming into the weekend of course I'm planning on a win. But consistency and finishing with podiums are the most important goal. I come into the weekend in 2nd place in the USF 2000 Pro championship.
Practice & Qualifying

Fast track and fast Pabst Racing car! During practice I had the third fastest time. For qualifying I bettered our 3Dimensional #20 car into second place! This track really suits my driving style.
Race One
Started second, finished second. A great result and it was exciting in the car, but nothing really dramatic as far as racing goes.

Race Two
You know what is coming... that's right I started in second! During lap 8 I went for the lead and as the leader and I were mixing it up the third place guy squeezed by us into first.
I made the pass, but stayed in second. And finished there. Two strong podium finishes. Best results for a Pabst car.

Based on the finishes of us top scoring drivers, I got passed in the championship, but I'm only 6 points behind in third place.

Always nice meeting the fans at Mid-Ohio.

If I have any extra time on a race weekend you will probably find me grilling!
Want to watch these two races?
What's Next?
I have a very busy schedule of testing and meetings with members of various teams in the weeks ahead. Our next race is Toronto, July 19-21. And yes, there will be TWO, count them TWO races for us that weekend!
